IYC Collective Waiver and Release of Liability

By registering for the IYC Collective event, I acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to attend and participate. As a condition of my attendance and participation, I hereby agree to release and discharge the Church Of God In Christ, Kierra Sheard-Kelly, Drew’s Girl Productions, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in the IYC Collective event, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

I represent and warrant that I am fully aware of the contents of this waiver and release of liability and that I am registering for this event and agreeing to this release of my own free will and accord.
